These terms apply to your use of mrcarwashnyc.com and any account, booking, or service you request from Mr Car Wash Corp ("Mr. Car Wash," "we," "us"), located at 230 Page Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10307. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

To create an account you provide a phone number and, optionally, an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and sign-in codes confidential.

Bookings and payment

Prices shown on the site are current at the time of booking and may change. Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled slot. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of your scheduled slot are non-refundable. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of purchase.

SMS messaging terms

• SMS is used to send one-time sign-in verification codes and, where applicable, booking-related messages. It is not a recurring marketing program.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service — you can also book by phone or in person.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at (718) 554-4372.
• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with normal operation of the site or booking system.

Limitation of liability

The site and booking system are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Car Wash Corp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
