Do you offer hand washing?
Yes — hand washing is part of our detailing. Our Full-Service Hand Wash + Clay & Wax and our interior and exterior detail packages are all done by hand. For a fast, everyday clean, our tunnel wash gets you in and out quickly.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just drive up?
Tunnel washes and hand washes are drive-up — no appointment needed, just come by any time we are open. For a hand wash you can buy online and show your code (or pay at the counter). Full details and ceramic coatings are by appointment: pick your day and time on the booking page and pay online to lock your slot.
Why do detailing prices vary?
Detailing price depends on your vehicle's size, which you choose when you book — so you pay the exact menu price online up front. The menu prices are our standard rates; if a vehicle turns out to be oversized or unusually dirty, we may adjust the price a little in person, and any difference is settled at the shop.
What is the difference between a tunnel wash and a full detail?
Our tunnel wash cleans and shines the exterior fast. A detail is a much deeper, restorative service — interior vacuum and shampoo, hand washing, clay, wax, and paint protection — designed to bring your car as close to showroom condition as possible.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes. Ceramic coating adds a durable, water-repelling layer of protection that boosts your shine and helps your paint shed water, dirt, and grime between washes. Book a ceramic appointment online, or call us and we will walk you through the options.
Can you wash SUVs and larger vehicles?
Yes — we wash and detail cars and SUVs, including larger SUVs. Bigger vehicles take a bit more time and product, so a small size surcharge applies, and you will always see the exact price before you pay. For oversized vehicles or larger trucks, please give us a call first so we can confirm we can accommodate yours.
Can I pay online, and how do I redeem it at the shop?
Yes — you can pay in full online with any major card. After checkout you will get a confirmation with a code and a scannable QR code that you simply show our team when you arrive. No cash needed at the register.
